2010 NFL Picks - Week 8

Everytime I look at my record for the season that 0-3 week haunts me. If it wasn't for that I'd probably have my own 1-900 number by now.

Denver (+2.5) vs San Francisco (in London)
Too bad for London that they have to get this game. Two teams with a combined record of 3-11 is probably not the showcase the NFL wanted to put on. I think Denver being a dog is in reaction to last week's embarrassment against Oakland. Those things happen. Their previous 2 losses before that were against the Jets and Baltimore which is nothing to sneeze at. San Francisco is starting Troy Smith this week and I just don't see them winning this game

**Carolina at St. Louis (-2.5)**
I would have taken St. Louis favored by a touchdown today. I still think Carolina is the worst team in the NFL. DeAngelo Williams isn't starting today which normally isn't a big deal because Jonathan Stewart plays well everytime he has to step in but he's been largely ineffective this year.

Buffalo at Kansas City (-7)
Kansas City is back to being a tough place to play. Buffalo has been playing better but Kansas City is going to go to 4-0 at home this week in convincing fashion.

Last Week: 2-1
Overall: 13-7
Pick of the Week: 5-2
